Ink Web Solutions reserves the right to change the use policies and terms anytime. We are serving a huge community of clients and it has been always our first priority to care about the security of each and every client. Moreover, we try our best to ensure best possible services, so we have following guidelines: Analytic Softwares not liable for refund in case we find any sort of infringement in the respective account. We shall not entertain the refund for such accounts under any circumstances.
Spam Policy :Analytic Softwares carries the sole right to change the structure of package/plans and prices, at any point of time. The information published on our website regarding prices and services may be changed at any point of time, without prior intimation. Also, increase of prices would be a sole decision of Analytic Softwares. This would be effective for the new deals but the orders placed prior to announcement would be treated on previous slot. Account setup: Your account would be setup after the receipt of your payment is received and confirmed by Analytic Softwares on completion of screening procedures. It is your liability to give us proper information to verify the same and if you don't do so, your account creation will be delayed.
Payment of Accounts:A deposit may be required from a new client before any work is carried out. In all cases, website hosting fees and any costs incurred by Analytic Softwares. on behalf of the client are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
It is the Analytic Softwares policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Analytic Softwares or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with Analytic Softwares. If accounts are not settled or Analytic Softwares has not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, we will with immediate effect, cancel said service and any data held by said service will be removed.
Any Charges are not refundable at any cost.
Cancellation may be done within seven days from the invoice date and only half of the amount paid will be refunded.
In cases of re-activation of cancelled accounts, Rupees 2000 would be charged as administrative fee. If your account gets overdue by 7 days all technical support would be rescinded. If your account gets overdue by 14 days, your site and other services will be suspended. If your account gets overdue by 30 days, your sites and data would be deleted from all our systems. We will try our best to contact you, by all the possible means, yet it is your (client's) responsibility to keep up accurate and updated details, like address, contact and billing information etc. In case of Credit Card Charge-back and reverse the transaction, your account would be terminated and all your websites, data, details, emails etc. would be immediately deleted.
Regular updates of details : We use the contact details that are contemporarily available with us. In case, you fail to receive our notices due to changed contact address (which you have not updated with our records), we will not be responsible for the same. The responsibility to keep information current totally lies with the clients. We are not responsible for the action taken in consequence to the client's failure to receive/respond to the notices sent by Analytic Softwares
CONTENTYou are responsible for your content. You are legally responsible for all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content") uploaded, posted or stored through your use of the Services. You agree not use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, federal or international law. You are encouraged to archive your Content regularly and frequently. You are responsible for any Content that may be lost or unrecoverable through your use of the Services. You must provide all required and appropriate warnings, information and disclosure. You agree that you will not use the Services to share, store, or in any way distribute financial data that is not in accordance with the law. Any users suspected of having information which involves fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, insider trading, support for terrorism, or any other activity proscribed by law may have their accounts terminated, their financial data erased, and they also may be reported to law enforcement officials in the appropriate jurisdictions. We will not responsible for further client's business after live website or after complete , its total liability of clients (website owner) if any business risk , fraudery , their client relation , their business , any payment tranaction of their client , its totally with website owner or business owner .
